So i just joined the blackberry world this past week.. i bought the tour and at first all my email/text/picture/facebook/bbm messages were all combined in the "letter" looking folder.. well my berry LED light broke so they replaced it with a completely new phone.. not noticing before i left the store i noticed i now had different folders one for my SMS & MMS and another for my email/facebook/BBM & i HATE it i would love to have them all together again.. if anyone can help me combine these folders it would mean ALOT
Go into options from the messages screen. There is an option to let you put the SMS/MSS messages into separate folders or combined. You want them combined.
