The Tour has finally reached Cellular South. I currently have the 8330 v4.5. I have never had any problems with my Curve other than replacing the trackball four times since Dec 08. However I am a heavy user. It is a CDMA edition. I would have to pay $$$, because I am not eligible for upgrade yet. Is the Tour stable enough to go that far out on the limb? I have heard good and bad things about the Tour. I need to know if I should even try to get it or wait for next phone? I signed a 2 year contract. I don't want to dive in head first if the issues with other models (Tour) are questionable. What about the $150.00 worth of 3rd party apps I currently have on my Curve? Need expertise and guidance. Please give me honest opinions whether good or bad.

I picked up a Tour from Cellular South yesterday. This berry is extremely stable and has none of the issues that previous versions had. I switched from the 8830. As for your 3rd party apps, just have them clone your old berry to your Tour.
