I made the Capture It application associated with my left-sided convenience key on the Tour. I have tried to use it to get a screen shot, but each time I use it, the only thing it captures is a white blank screen. There's nothing there!

What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix it?

Is it possible you have to activate the application within the MENU and you use the left convenience key to capture? Are you getting a frame around the screen signifying what will be captured?

You have to go back REAL FAST from the time you capture to the main screen- I had the same issue trying to do it...but I got it finally..
