I have a Tour 9630 on a BES with Exchange.

When they receive an email sent in HTML that has a Microsoft Office attachment the attachment can be viewed in Outlook, but doesn't show up on the BlackBerry. However if the same email is resent but in plain text then it can be viewed on the BB.

Any idea what may cause this or if it can be corrected?

weird. I have no idea other the maybe try doing a battery pull?
