Just got my Tour yesterday. Today I can't send or receive any emails but I'm getting PINS. I've logged in to my Sprint BIS account and resent service books and called Sprint to provision it but no dice. I remember this happening with my Curve once but don't remember what fixed it.
I had the same problem. I went to email set up and hit left menu key and choose validate email. it will ask for password and then...Viola! my email accounts (4) all come through.

That was the problem. My old PIN from my Curve was still attached to my BIS account. Thanks everyone for the help.
