    I just noticed this today when trying to email someone to apply for a job. I send the email, and it returns with a red X and says in Message Status: Transaction error - failure at service.

    Help?

    And now that I think about it, I haven't been receiving my emails either. Please help me out.

    resend your service books to start off with... then try it out

    Log in to the BIS either online or through the device. They can be sent from there. Also do you have a BB or a voyager as your device model states?

    OKay, then yes, resend service books and good old battery reset could not hurt either.

    Sorry, how do I do that?
    open setup folder>open email wizard>when it connects>hit bb button>service books>send service books
