here's my problem -I have trouble opening pdf attachments and some user login websites. Is it an o/s issue or some type of setting? I really like the phone but this really bugs me. I'm on the road a lot and need to see all attachments that are sent to me as well as web sites.
i have a similar problem. i cannot open any email attachments. they all say they cannot be opened by the device and they have the winmail.dat files attached too. from what i read everyone says to install/reinstall blackberry attachment services but i do not see it in DM...please help!

Are you getting some sort of error message when you try opening the pdfs?
