I had a good responce from Verizon myself regarding my Storm complaints. They even set up a meeting where I met with a rep from RIM to air my complaints. VZW is known for their good customer service.

I got a call from their office as well because of my concerns about how I am constantly charged $20 over what my bill should be. No explanation for it, but they at least called me back.
