    If it has a diagonal line through it, it's probably enhanced audio.

    That's correct. The box will flash on and off the screen when you're transferring data, but since you're on Verizon and can't use data during a call, the box will reamin steady.

    I get that on my screen too. I've never seen it before and didn't know what it was. A box in the upper right hand corner (not up and down arrows) ... looks like it has alot of +'s going through a diagonal line. Or something.

    What is enhanced audio?
