when signng into aim i get the service not enabled on this handheld message and when installing sprint navigation i get http erro 500

anyone else with these problems
i spent over an hour with customer service and they couldnt figure it out

wow, that's funny. I'm having the same issues. As for the sprint navi issue, you have to download it through this link:

TeleNav OTA

it will appear in the download folder. then move it to the desktop.

I'm still trying to figure out the AIM problem.

You're having this problem too? I tried going to options> advanced options > host routing and then app to key to register now and I pulled the battery. If this doesn't work then I'll have to do some research. The other mobile chat clients work, but not aim haha. Everybody uses nothing else but aim. Has anyone tried to view youtube? It tells me to download the latest flash player. WTF!!!

haha, maybe they did rush the phone a bit. i was on the phone with srint blackberry help and the woman was very nice and tried to help. after an hour of doign everythign including wiping it, she told me that her superviser said that everyone seems to be having this problem and believe that aim isnt compatable and there are other http problems or something. she said to call back in 3 days if it doesnt get better
