besides what crakalack said you can also download mini opera and bolt...

and with skyfire on the way (sometime)

I don't think browsing will be that bad..

keep in mind the default browser is not webkit so if your expecting a pre/iphone type browser then you will need to get bolt which is based on webkit 4 I think now..

What is the difference between the other browsers...do they allow me to get full internet browsing like on the iPhone?

Basically what they're saying is this: the Tour browser supports full HTML viewing, and is supposed to be the best browser on any Blackberry to date. However, this isn't saying much. Will it render the pages well? Surely. Will it be fast and enjoyable? Maybe not.

As an alternative, there are currently two other browsers: Opera Mini and Bolt. I personally prefer Bolt, as it's quite fast and renders pages very well. Both are generally superior to the BB browser, but some people chalk it all up to preference.

In the future, a program called Skyfire is going to hit the market. It's rumored to be quite the browser, but not much info is known yet.

In a nutshell- BB browser is better than before, but that's not saying much. There are alternatives now, and more coming in the future.
