Deleted a email account from my blackberry and now the Icon is stuck on my home menu.... Did a battery pull twice still stuck. Not receiving emails into it and can not deliver from it. Does not come on under the email settings screen. Please help.

You tried deleting it then reloading it?

No i deleted it and the icon never left my home screen

Hold menu button for a second, go into the icon that looks like envelope. Delete from there. That will probably take care of it.

found the fix thanks for all the suggestions but after a search of this forum more extensivly i found tyroni posted a fix about a year ago

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books, if the email address you deleted is there, highlight it, press the menu key, select Delete.

If it was not there, or was there and you deleted it, next go to Host Routing Table, press the menu key and select Register Now.

You will receive a conformation email that the device has been registered. when you get that, pull the battery with the device on and after 30 seconds replace it.
