We have a user that claims that her emails have always stayed on her Blackberry even though she has a Outlook rule that moves certain items into a PST File.
However as of last Friday, this "feature" stopped working.
I always though that the Blackberry would reconcile and "remove" the email message that got filed into a PST.
So I guess I'm trying to figure out what has changed if at all. Any option to re-enable it? I tried looking at hide filed messages and i believe it was set to No.
