Just setting up things with the Tour now. I can send and receive messages to the Blackberry e-mail account, but I am not seeing the icon on the screen. It was there before but now it is gone. I see the message in the messages icon, but not in a separate one.

Any idea how to get the icon for Blackberry e-mail back?

Click the "blackberry" icon key, then "Show All".

Find the icon, BB Key, and uncheck "Hide"

Send yourself service books from the BIS site as well if the icon isn't hidden.

Thanks-not to be ignorant but exactly what "blackberry" icon are you referring to? It's only my third blackberry and I am asking this question ! Sorry
