I have Vista 64bit and I updated my desktop manager from 4.7 to 5.0 and so far so good...

I have vista 64 bit and the cd that came in the box would not load from me. I just downloaded it from verizon and it worked just fine.

i am having issue with my disc as well. i am having issues on 64 bit vista and windows xp.

i have the link to new 5.0 software BUT what else does the disc include? am i missing anything out by not using this cd or does the cd only has this 5.0 media manger???

any comments will be appreciated.

I have Sprint too..All I did was click on the lower right hand corner of your desktop manager where is says "check for updates". Thats how I got my 5.0
