Don't know. Could be network issues or an issue with your machine.

I would recommend downloading using firefox. Its been a long time ago, but I remember having problems downloading DM with IE.

    Hootyhoo,

I am using firefox and that is what I always use. I had the v4.5 BB Desktop and I wanted to upgrade to 5.0 but I am not able to do it. The error message comes up and states that the program has been interrupeted and it did not download

I can download the software but I cannot install it. I just reinstalled the v4.5 again with no problem but I cannot install the v5.0 That is very strange to me.

    I am running windows XP

I don't know what causes the problem but it took 3 or 4 tries to get it to install on mine. I'm running XP also. The only thing I can think of is that it may have something to do with the security settings, but that's just a guess.
