i have the leaked update .643 downloaded to my tour and now it quit working. can anyone please tell me if this will void my warranty ? they are sending me a replacement phone but they dont know i have the leaked version installed . PLEASE help

Did you try to reinstall an official OS of VZW? and what do you mean by not working? is it completely bricked??

Wipe your device and reinstall the official OS on it. Search the How-To forum on the downgrade / upgrade process. You'll be okay champ.

it happened when i put another battery in . it will try to start up but will only go to the hour glass and then start to go across the line but then it goes black screen and starts over again.

yes i tried both batteries and i tried to hookup to desktop manager but will not work. phone will not come on at all.

I had the exact same problem on the last "official" update. Use Blackberry Swiss Army Knife (BBSAK) from RimGeeks.

I have had my Tour replaced three times already and all had leaked OS on them when i sent them in. I am bout to have this one replaced soon because it keeps freezing on me and I have to do a few battery pulls a day.

So far, 5.0 is **** on my BB. My extended battery (2600) used to last up to 5 days with normal use. Now, it loses 1/3 of the battery life after 6 hours of just being on.

ye im running .643 and my battery life sucks now also, i think im gona go back to .419
