That's exciting! Wonder what VZW will settle on. Hopefully not the .419 everyone has been going on about here. I stay away from the leaks so before everyone jumps on me---as has been done on three other threads---no personal experience. It just seems like quite a few bugs are left based on the reports around here on CB. I was suprised some of the carriers made it offical the other day.
im on the .419 right now.. if verizon releases the .419 version i guess i'll just stick with it, but if they release a down/upgraded 5.0 version, then i'll go with the vzw official one.
Im hoping they dont release the .419 though. I love 5.0 features, but the radio signal on my tour fluctuates too much. I have the storm running on 5.0 as well, but that one is always showing full bars and never have signal problems. please vzw, make sure that the official 5.0 shows none of the little glitches that the leaked ones are having!
I keep waiting for the official release. I really don't want wait any longer. I guess I'll give the leak a shot.

if you go for the leak, make sure you add in the hybrid. I'm running the 419/421 hybrid and its a lot better. although there are slight glitches here and there, but nothing you cant live with..
compared to the 4.7 os, the 5.0 is way better all around.

.419 is official now, by the way. It was released by MTS some days back.

Official for only those who use that carrier! If I were to install the MTS .419 on my VZW device it would be the same as using the leak. Not supported, warrenty voiding (?), and not official.
