My battery has been running fine ever since i got my new phone 2 weeks ago. I would be able to watch a movie in the train for 30 min in the morning (in airplane mode), use it heavily during the day and watch another 30 min on the train ride home..........when thats all said and done i have atleast 30% left

today i downloaded beyond160 and my battery BARELY made it to 2pm (I did not watch anything on the train, phone was off).

could beyond160 be the cause? i barely used that app all day

I have Beyond 160 on my Tour and before that on a Curve, didn't seem to have any effect on either units battery.

Hey guys sorry to de-rail, but since you have Beyond160 on your Tours, can you check my post out and give me some feedback? I want to see if you're experiencing the same issues:

I don't see how having beyond160 installed would drain your battery. It's not constantly running. It basically doesn't do anything until you bring it up to use it.

i know what you mean danoh, but for some reason it feels like the battery started draining faster after i use it.

Im gunna run an experiment today...see how long it lasts and try again tomorrow with the app uninstalled

Run Beyond 160 here and I have zero problems with it related to battery life.

I have beyond 160 and haven't had any battery drain problems because of it
