Best move I ever made
Just got a tour last friday. I had 6 Storms and don't want to get into the whole deal with that. Lets just say I liked the Storm on potential, but was frustrated to no end with its execution. I know many people love it, and I don't blame them many things were cool about it, but in the end I am very happy.
No battery pulls. No crashes. No freezes, now 5 days in I am very very happy. The tour may not be as sexy as the Storm, and I definately miss the screen for surfing the net but otherwise I am so so happy, This is a really solid device. I actually find the trackball easier to use for me. The touchscreen on the tour just doesn't work well in my work environment and profession.
I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to try it.

I'm sorry you had so many problems with the Storm. Mine works great, but I mean who really cares lol. The Tour is a solid phone though.
