If my battery is dying faster than it should and I take it back within 30 days will they give me a new battery or will I have to pay any money for a swapping fee or something? I just want a new battery I don't want a new phone

I had a problem they said that talking on the phone for 2 hours on the phone is usual for the battery die. So I bought a oem battery on amazon for 15 dollars
