So far I love everything about my Tour except for one thing. My battery life is WEAK. I mean I take it off the charger at 7am and my battery is to low for radio use by 7pm. I have my screen on ten. Anyone else having this issue? If so any tips or insight as to how to preserve battery life and/or what the deal is? Thanks in advance!

Try changing your Backlight brightness to 90 and timeout to 20 sec. If you just got it in the past few days, it will get better. Are you playing with the phone a lot more than usual because it's new? Also, tons of posts on this, I would recommend looking through them.
make sure u go to your options > mobile network > and switch from Global to 1xEV
Also go to options > advanced options > gps > gps services make E911 only and disable location aiding
