OK - I know I saw it on here somewhere, but after searching for the better part of an hour, I just can not find it.

How does one set the sound alert to notify when the battery is fully charged. I am going to kick myself later, but I just can't find it!

I think that is in Event Sounds. Try Options > Advanced Options > Accessibility > Event Sounds and set to ON. That will give you a notice when the battery charge is full, plus other sounds such as power on/off and when you connect/disconnect a usb cable. I don't believe there is a way to have the sound for just the battery charge.
