Hi, I recently purchased a Tour 9630 and was attempting my first back up this morning. When i get to the part that reads "Key Store Options" above the status bar, the backup quits and it reads error. I have no idea why it is doing this. I didnt have a Key Store password before this, then I made one. I have no clue how to get it so I can back up my phone.
