No. Autotext is part of the core applications and therefore
unchangeable. You would need to add the entries manually.

i recall that on my storm we had a thread of someone who made a big autotext file and i imported it into my phone. however it was incomplete, i have 400+ entries but i think they guy only went to a certain point in the alphabet
