    My 6 month old Tour audio stopped working. No ringer, alert sounds etc. Double checked all settings. Vibrate works but no sounds. Anyone?

    Battery pull?

    With the device turned on, pull the battery out for 30 seconds and then put it back in.

    Happened to my dad's curve and he just did a battery pull after checking everything and that seemed to work for my dad.

    That did it. It seems whenever there is an issue a battery pull should be tried. Thanks
