I've been reading on her how people are running 8 apps but have up to 120mb free of app memory. Is this right? I have 8 apps, but only have 99.6 mbs free.
Seems reasonable. I have 103.9 available and have a lot of stuff installed now

That's 10 apps, and I'm at 97.2MB. I'd like to delete all the crap I don't want but am not sure how to go about doing so. Can anyone post a link to somewhere that tells how to do this?
I wish mine booted with that much memory and that many apps

All I did was load the Tour Hybrid this guy made or you can load the one from your carrier to your pc.
I used shrink OS and chose that one i wanted to install
I checked to remove the languages, the wallpapers, the video and maybe a few things I knew i wouldn't use. When I booted it up after the install I had like 137mb i think before i did a restore of my address book and then i loaded all my programs. Mine boots up with 127mb and gets down to like 122 during the day.
