Has anyone noticed that when you use your track ball some times that it dont respond all the time. you almost have to scroll it a ton of times to get it to work. Is this a hardware problem or what? On 3 tours I have it does it on all.

I had the same issue. It is absolutely a hardware issue. Take it back to the store and insist on a replacement.

Same issue here, for some reason most the problems is when I try to scroll to the right it lags and then catches up. Extremely annoying to navigate around menus!

My ball isnt that bad but for people who's is , i know there is "fixes" for these things but i already put tape and paper behind the battery door to ''fix'' that. Im sure i can speak for others when i say we shouldnt have to have fixes. RIM should atleast get one single device right after all these years wtf but thanx for the help man
