i just recently got a blackberry tour but im looking to make it all black and change the color of the trackball, but theres no way i would be able to do that myself. any suggestions on where i could go, or someone who does it?? thanks!!

Read the thread ,,,, he has a video on taking the tour apart. Just know that opening up your tour voids the warranty..On one of the first four screws that you need to remove,,, there's a white substance in the screw to alert them if the phone was ever opened..

Yeah, taking it apart to replace the trackball does not look all that hard, you doo need that special screw driver though.

I believe its a t6 torx

I swapped my trackball out last week and from start to finish probably took about 15-20 minutes. It's not hard at all, it's literally 6 screws and 4 clips. Hardest thing was pulling the earpiece off without breaking the 2 white clips at the top.

You'll need a T6 screwdriver and a plastic pry tool. If you're worried about stripping screw heads or breaking the clips on the earpiece, you can always order spares from CNN before you start.
