    Anyone else running a Tour on AT&T? How do you know for sure your phone is unlocked?

    if you can use an ATT simcard its unlocked (Or any other then the original provider)

    Go to advanced options>sim. Type MEPD and the list should read disabled if the phone is unlocked.
