I don't get it. With my Tour, I do have a number of friends that I've set up custom Ring alerts for. So, I'm in a meeting and have my unit set to "Silent" and one of my "custom" ring tones rings out.. Why, if I'm on silent mode, do I still hear my custom rings? Should I set it to "Alerts off"?
