    VZW customer... upgraded to .61 OS over the weekend. But when I try to delete old emails (such as from Friday), they won't delete on the phone. just show as "read."

    I can delete all from yesterday and even today, but not from Friday.

    Any ideas?

    I don't know that the problem this procedure fixes can occur in a BIS environment. I assumed the OP was on BES since he was having this problem.
