I go Setup Wizard and then email setup which asks me if I would like to add or create an email so i select it. After that it gives me instructions what to do after I hit next, I hit next then it takes me directly to setting up my bluetooth. (I dont use my bluetooth for anything)
Go to email settings. This can be found on homescreen or in the setup folder depending on what OS you have. Click on it and it will show you the email you have configured. From there you can click on Add Am Existing Email Account.
