I have a corporate user that just got a new 9630 and when i did the enterprise activation she had 2 different email icons showup on her device. One said email, and the other said email (desktop.) they both appeared to have the exact same things in them (her exchange emails.) but she was wanting to know why this happened so i told her i would try to find out.
Is it just because one of them is a general container for any kind of message (sms/email etc) or is something else going on?
we are using blackberry enterprise server express.
Each email account has it's own icon and your general messaging inbox has an icon. From your description, that's what appears to be what you are seeing.
