Okay, I've read multiple threads on this website about my problem and none of them seem to help me. When i go to open my camera app, it tells me that it could not start the camera and to close other applications and try again. so i close everything and still the same results. I have uninstall Slacker...no good! I have done multiple battery pulls...nothing! Short of going to verizon, anyone have any other suggestions? Should I REALLY attempt to reinstall my OS and if I do that, do I lose all the downloaded apps I currently have now?

You can search for and find BBSAK and back up apps. You can generally go to sites where you purchased and get info for reinstallation. Maybe try installing the newer OS 5 from another carrier.

I have the exact same problem. As a matter of fact, I just posted this question on another thread. I'm on 5.0.484 and never had this problem on 4.7. I'm probably going to wipe the phone and re-install the OS.
