Hello everyone...i'm having a problem here.So I plugged in my tour to the BB Desktop manager,and said i had an update which was the 5.0 update...but when I updated everything it said I was missing something which I don't know whats it is..and i can't go to anything but my home sreen..Also when I click on something it says "jave error"
No its a device update and i'm sure about that..I though it was right since the Storm2 comes out today and will be running on 5.0 os so I was guessing the tour was getting it since it showed in my sreen
There are already too many threads explaining why this is happening, but for the 100th time...
This OS update is for the Storm only. Everyone who owned a Storm before they switched to the Tour is getting an OS v5.0 DM notification or email because your device model isn't updated in their system and they still think you have a Storm.
