ok, I just got a replacment tour, due to a trackball issue. The new one is much bettery, the ball and keys feel much better. Now the problems is the 3.5mm jack is not 3.5mm.

Can't use standard earphones with the new phone. Anyone else seeing this problem?

It is a 3.5mm jack but you just have to push the metal tab in there back a bit.

The ferrules (sp?) on some headphones are not completely flush and catch the extra pin in the Tour's jack. I find that giving the plug a little twist as you insert it usually helps.

I have one set of headphones where they do not work with the Tour. All my other pairs do. I've tried the "twist" method, but they just don't work for that pair.
