    Does anyone know how to tell what batch you got from the info on the back of the phone? (the first month i had the torch i had 5 different ones because of BIS issues with certain apps not being compatible with OS 6) Now looking at the back of my phone i see it says "HDW Ver: 1" ...what does this mean?

    the IMEI can tell you what batch, learned this through going through 7 torch's.

    I am curious as well cuss I swapped my unit and never got the box for it twice now. That being said, #3 is amazing and glad I changed the defective one. The little wiggle I could have handled, heck, even the squeaky trackpad but the charging port starting to loosen up was it. This one seems so much better that I wish I knew to compare
