Been trying for a while to get a TV commercial sent to me in an e-mail to play on my BB Torch (3.21 MB in a WMA format) Any ideas why I can't on the torch? My peers can on their I-phones, come on BB-ers, help me out here....any thoughts?

Im pretty sure the file limit on the BB is 2.4mb so anything above that will not send or will be received.

Again im not 110% sure about that but im 99% sure

Is it a WMV or WMA? Assuming its a WMV, I don't know why it wouldn't be playing especially on RIM's newest creation!

I had a similar problem, that AVI file formats will not play on the BB media player. MP4's and MVK/M4K work like a jem. Just might be a little glitch......

Don't know how helpful, if at all this was.

    Good luck

Correct me if Im wrong, but if its a file limit, cant you just open the file in a non-BB native browser (i.e. Opera Mini)? Pretty sure theres no download limit.

so, reasoning would say, that if its in an email form just forward it to a yahoo or google email and view it through the Opera Mini (3rd Party) browser.

might work - ive never tried it, just thinking it might.
