Well, as it seems that RIM writes the software it would seem best suited there. Don't forget to mention what OS version your using so we can immediately advise you to install the newest version leaked.
Especially if you are meaning when selecting from the Notification bar as that has been corrected in the leaked OS but the carriers have yet to accept this and make it "Carrier released."
