Hey guys, im getting the Torch very very soon (this weekend), and i have been reading the forums and i hear some first day stories of problems people have had.

I will have my SIM, and the phone will work with my carrier so all functionality will be there when i go to pick up the phone.

What things should i look out for when i go get this phone? Things i can check on the spot before paying the guy for it.

Check if the screen is a bit loose while it's open.

Make sure the touchscreen works obviously and no buttons are broken or stuck.
If he has it active on his account (which he may or may not) you can see if the data works. If it does then you know the pin isn't blacklisted.

I'll have my SIM with my data plan, and stuff so i can load up my BBM contacts and give it a whirl.
