I can pivot the head of the usb cable side to side when it's plugged into the device. That is, the connection isn't solid. Doesn't seem to affect charging or the data connection. anyone else have this issue?

Mine doesn't move at all. If it's loose now it could mean trouble for you later on. I would have it checked out.

2 of my Torches both have this issue (AT&T models made in Mexico). The "wiggle" is quite significant too, it feels like the port could just snap loose at any time.

My previous torch pivoted as well. I find that the degree of the pivot varies with each usb cable.

Anyway, it doesn't bother me a whole lot and as my devices doesn't seem to be affected by it, i'm inclined to just leave it.
