    A new error popped us on my BB Torch(9800). When i restart it says "Uncaught exception: Java.lang.Error. The only thing i can tell it is affecting so far that my cellphone just after 30sec goes on hard reboot automatically again after showing that java.lang error.

    and hence i m not so able to uninstall or do anything like uninstallling the error causing app or wipe.
    NEED HELP

    will you phone show as connected to either BBSAK or Desktop Manager with the battery out?

    Wipe it, and install the latest official OS available. Do you know how to do this?
