I am having an odd issue with both of my BB Torches. On my phone I can send and recieve text messeges to on specific contact but can not view any history of any texts. Even if I recieve a text from him, I get notification of a text but when I open the text messege it is just a blank grey screen. On my wifes phone, the same exact thing happens with a completely different contact. We have deleted the contacts and called AT&T technical support and they are unable to help. Does anyone know of a solution or have they even heard of this happening before? All other texts from all contacts still goo through fine on both phones.
same issue with one of my contacts, i see the first line of the text but no history and if i leave and go back the message is gone and i cant reply, totally sucks
