Hey, everyone. The unthinkable happened to my Torch yesterday-the screen froze and I was unable to 'touch' any of the icons on the home screen. I had to do a battery pull in order to fix the problem (which wasn't easy because they really stick the back on securely). I was wondering if this is a common issue and if so, can I avoid it from happening again? I should mention that it happened when I was opening a web link from an email message. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

I haven't had this happen to me yet.

A simpler way to reset the phone is to press "alt" + right shift ("aA") + "del" together.

I wouldn't worry about it unless it's something that continues to happen.

For the first time in a year my Windows 7 64-bit PC froze. It happens.

As long as it's not a common occurrence it's just par for the course with electronics.
