My friend is having problems with his Torch. He says it freezes constantly, resets his bbm, and the apps work horribly according to him. I asked if he updated his software and he said he did, so I really don't know how to help. Any ideas?

Taking back to AT&T and swap it out for another torch
If it was me I'd also return it. If not I'd use BBSAK and wipe everything then load only .337 and restore just my contacts. Try it for a day and if its OK then I'd reload the apps "one at a time" trying the phone after each one to make sure it was good before installing the next one. That way if its an app causing it you'll catch it. Sounds like your friend has a software glitch of some sort.

Return to at&t, no need to deal w a glitchy torch. I just got mine a week ago w .337 installed, working fine.
