    It all counts against data useage. The others are notoriously larger data suckers though.

    edit: It shouldn't count if this is done via WiFi. But some credible posters have claimed that in cases AT&T is counting this useage. Seem to be conflicting reports on whether or not WiFi data useage matters.

    I've notice that even tho i'm at home and my wifi network is connected to my torch im still using up data plan dunno why I've called att and they just kept transferring me so i hung up! what to do??????????????????

    On AT&T, dial '*3282#' and you'll get a free text message with your current data usage info.

    I average about 100 MB a month. Pretty weak compared to others. And that's my version of heavy usage (Social media, Pandora, Browsing news sites). lol
