    Where is the option on the Torch in BBM to Allow BBM Calls Over Mobile Network?
    I can't find that setting in BBM or any settings on the Torch. I can only get voice calls on wifi only.

    As far as I know, unless something was updated more recently, only BB10 devices can do BBM voice calls over the network. Torch and other BBOS devices were restricted from doing this probably to keep them from having to switch away from going through the NOC and BIS.

    BlackBerry Legacy OS devices (7.1 and under) can only use Voice calls over Wifi. Unlike the cross platform and BlackBerry 10 version, there is no option
