I am begging anyone for help!

My BB 9810 has been acting up this past month. It started by saying there was an error with the built-in media. So I formatted it and then reload it with a backup file I had. Then It started randomly shutting down. To get it to restart I would have to do a battery pull. But it would only last a few minutes and it would freeze again. I rebooted it this morning, it git stuck at the booting screen right on top o \f the back button. It refuses to boot on safe mode. I tried everything including unplugging the battery and re-installing the OS, Everything worked but the device refused to fully boot. SO I have so clue what to do next.

Anyone had this same problem and found a fix or anyone knows how to fix this? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
I live in Ecuador and phones are expensive here. $400 for a used 9810. Can't afford it yet.

Just wanted to confirm you're doing the right thing to achieve Safe Mode.

Are you pulling battery, replacing battery, then immediately holding down ESC (i.e. back arrow) key for at least a minute?
I'd say hold it down even longer, just to be safe...

Yes I did. I just repeated it again now. It speeded through the first 75%, when it gets to the mark above the Escape key, it stops.

Longest I've held it is 10 mns. Nothing,
