    I have a BB torch 9810 running os 7.1 and when I try playing 720p movies it just says "the video portion of the media being played uses an unsupported format" but it still has sound and I already tried about a six and only one of them worked and they all are 720p mp4 videos

    It has to be h.264/x264 or mpeg4 container/codec or it will not play. Simple as that.
